MP Bergen Addresses Conservative Club of Winnipeg

January 8th 2019. Yesterday, in front of a room filled with Conservatives from Manitoba, The Honourable Candice Bergen, P.C., Member of Parliament for Portage-Lisgar and Conservative House Leader, delivered remarks and spoke about Justin Trudeau’s policy failures and his inability to deliver results for Canada’s middle class.
“People from across the city and province are tired of this Liberal Government and know Manitoba can’t afford four more years of this Prime Minister,” stated Bergen.
MP Bergen also discussed how under the leadership of Andrew Scheer, Canada’s Conservatives will repeal the Liberal carbon tax, secure our border, build the pipeline infrastructure needed to move our natural resources, get the deficit under control and make life more affordable for everyday Canadians.
“Andrew Scheer, our next Prime Minister, understands the challenges of the middle class and actually has solutions to fix them,” said Bergen.
“I have heard from many Manitobans that the October election can’t come soon enough. People are anxiously awaiting to replace this Prime Minister with one who will respect the office, balance the budget, keep our communities safe,” concluded Bergen.
